This capability reduces scheduling time for patient transport from 31 minutes (via phone or fax) to under one minute. Case managers can coordinate all elements required for discharge within 24 hours while staying inside the EHR: booking transportation, arranging oxygen delivery, and scheduling home health visits. This unified experience helps accelerate bed turnover, reduce emergency department boarding times, lower readmission risk, and improve overall patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. CEO David Emanuel stated that this app represents a major step toward unifying patient logistics across all EHR platforms.
