A key goal is ensuring common definitions and standardized data quality, despite the varying Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) system environments at each participating hospital. The shared information will be provided in the international standard FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) format, enabling seamless information linkage between hospitals. This is expected to create a safer clinical environment by allowing patients to instantly share their drug adverse reaction history regardless of which hospital they visit. Project leaders stated that the goal is building a practical and easy-to-understand system centered on the patient. Furthermore, this system is planned to integrate with 'My Health Record' apps, enabling all citizens to easily check and utilize their own health information.
