Details

ObserveID has launched a new application connector designed to deepen integration with Epic™, one of the most widely used EHR platforms. Powered by the latest FHIR and HL7 standards, this connector enables healthcare organizations to modernize their Identity Access Management (IAM). Key features include automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and real-time access provisioning/deprovisioning, which significantly improve compliance and governance. The connector is included at no additional charge. Furthermore, ObserveID's Universal Connector Framework (UCF) allows for low-code automation across a wide range of systems, including HR systems and legacy platforms. This enables IT and security teams to visualize and control access across multiple systems from a single pane of glass. ObserveID is described as a converged identity security platform that integrates IAM, IGA, PAM, Identity Threat Management, and CIEM capabilities. Its goal is to safely and efficiently automate complex identity processes in critical environments like healthcare, ensuring system stability while improving governance and reducing manual effort.
