CampTek Software is a Full-Life-Cycle Intelligent Automation Service as a Software (SaaS) Provider, specializing in implementing automation using AI, Machine Learning, and RPA. The company recently collaborated with several solution providers to develop custom HL7 FHIR activities. Fast Healthcare Interoperable Resources (FHIR) is the latest interoperability standard set by HL7, intended to facilitate the exchange of healthcare information among various stakeholders, including providers, patients, payers, and researchers. By developing RPA FHIR API interfaces, these organizations now have a quick and scalable solution to standardize connectivity and data exchange within and between organizational HIS systems. The custom activities developed include critical processes such as Prior Authorization, Eligibility Verification, Insurance, Claims processing, and Denials processing. These custom activities were built in weeks and can be rapidly distributed even where standard APIs are insufficient, making them integral to the partners' go-to-market strategies. This approach offers a simple, repeatable model for complex healthcare data management.
