This solution provides a fully managed, enterprise-grade FHIR service provisioned in the cloud in under five minutes. It enables the consolidation of health data from disparate systems using the industry standard HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). Technically, it supports both FHIR STU3 and FHIR R4 versions, leveraging multiple Azure services such as Azure FHIR APIs, Azure Active Directory, and Azure SQL databases. Data protection is ensured through layered defense and advanced threat protection compliant with stringent industry standards. The implementation process spans 10 weeks: starting with Interoperability Design (Weeks 1-2), followed by MS Azure FHIR provisioning (Week 3), data integration and web portal development (Weeks 4-6). The final stages include Security Validation (Week 7), Testing and UAT (Weeks 8-9), leading to Go-Live in Week 10.
