ITiize Supplies FHIR Solution for Medical MyData to Gangwon University Hospital

On December 11, ITiize announced that it would supply a FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) send/receive solution dedicated to domestic medical mydata to Gangwon University Hospital. This HL7 FHIR technology was developed and introduced for the Korean market to improve interoperability among healthcare information systems and is currently established as the next-generation standard for medical data transmission. ITiize has already built an ecosystem for supplying public medical mydata through a medical mydata platform and HL7 FHIR system within the 'Health Information Superhighway (My Health Way)' project. The development technology for FHIR resources, based on the international standard HL7 but customized for domestic use, is stable and being applied as a new medical data transmission standard. A representative from ITiize stated that they have been working on the development and stabilization of the domestic FHIR medical transmission standard through proactive R&D investment since the early stages. They added that following this solution supply project, the provision of ITiize's FHIR transmission solution is expected to expand to other domestic medical institutions.
