First, using the InterSystems IRIS for Health® platform, it is possible to build a patient data repository based on FHIR standards, achieving cross-departmental information linkage. Second, GenAI technology contributes to reducing the burden on medical staff through predictive models (minimizing patient no-shows) and voice recognition/summarization features. Furthermore, InterSystems has developed the FHIR-SATUSEHAT solution, promoting connectivity between hospitals, BPJS (public healthcare insurance), and other systems within Indonesia, aiming for a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem.
