The Infosys HealthCare Interoperability Platform (IHP) is built on FHIR R4 and operates in the cloud, fundamentally transforming healthcare by giving patients access to their own health information. This aims to move the entire healthcare system toward greater interoperability. The platform features a de-coupled architecture that allows healthcare providers to quickly integrate solution components or modules with their existing applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
