The 'Primary Care Clinic Cloud HIS,' independently developed by Farhiwen Telecom, integrates its 5G remote consultation platform with the 'Health Health+' App. This system supports functions such as virtual National Health Insurance cards, FHIR electronic health record exchange mechanisms, and e-prescription issuance, while also accepting diverse payments like credit cards. The HIS adopts the latest international standard, FHIR. Beyond basic outpatient records, it supports personalized large-scale health data management for programs like family medicine plans, chronic disease care, home medical care, and laboratory/health checkups. This achieves seamless connectivity between online and offline clinical settings. Furthermore, Farhiwen has partnered with the National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) and several major medical associations to promote next-generation digital healthcare services, including teleconsultation, home acute care, and remote specialist consultations. The system has been successfully implemented in 180 primary hospitals, clinics, and health centers, accelerating the digital transformation of primary care.
