InterSystems Partners with ICS Compute to Boost Indonesia's Digital Healthcare Ecosystem
Dorong Ekosistem Kesehatan Digital, InterSystems Gaet Mitra Lokal ICS Compute
Summary
InterSystems has partnered with ICS Compute to accelerate data interoperability in Indonesia's healthcare sector. This collaboration aims to address the challenge of integrating data across multiple systems, thereby supporting the national digital health transformation.
Details
Through this partnership, InterSystems IRIS for Health™ and InterSystems Supply Chain Orchestrator technologies will be combined with ICS Compute’s implementation services. The goal is to build a connected healthcare ecosystem that supports more effective and efficient patient care. Internal studies show that approximately 74% of Indonesian health organizations still face data interoperability barriers due to infrastructure limitations and geographical challenges, impacting operational efficiency and accurate data-based service provision. ICS Compute acts as an enabler, offering interoperability solutions including Clinical Data Repository, rapid integration with the SATUSEHAT system, and FHIR-based analytical dashboards, allowing healthcare providers to utilize patient data more comprehensively and in real-time. The InterSystems IRIS for Health™ platform supports international data standards such as HL7 V2, HL7 FHIR, CDA, DICOM, and IHE, enabling data integration from diverse sources like SimRS, laboratories, and radiology systems. Furthermore, the collaboration extends beyond hospitals to cover pharmaceutical supply chains. The InterSystems Supply Chain Orchestrator is designed to monitor logistics distribution and detect supply disruptions in real-time, providing data-based predictions for industry players. This initiative is expected to contribute significantly to improving the overall healthcare delivery system in Indonesia.
