Summary
Healthube Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Jeju National University Hospital to implement the 'HScan Solution for Online Medical Image Issuance Service.' This allows patients to easily apply, issue, and register their personal medical images online anytime, anywhere.
Details
This service aims to solve the inconvenience of patients having to carry physical CDs or undergo reissuance if they lose them. By adopting the cloud-based HScan solution, Jeju National University Hospital can now facilitate online procedures, which is also expected to contribute to environmental protection (supporting the 'Jeju Plastic Zero' policy). A key technical feature is that the system complies with international medical data standards such as FHIR, DICOM, and HL7. This enables efficient integrated management of medical images and patient records directly from the patient's smartphone. Consequently, smooth data linkage among hospitals and clinics within the region is expected to be promoted, enhancing overall healthcare services in the Jeju area. Furthermore, beyond online issuance, cooperation will expand to include web-based common cloud provision, Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) technologies. This expansion is planned in conjunction with a pilot project for a 'Jeju-style Health Primary Care Physician System.'
