This feature uses webhooks and message queues to notify events while respecting organizational boundaries (Hierarchical Flow). This ensures that a central entity (like MedCorp HQ) can capture events from all branches, while individual clinics (City General or Riverside Clinic) only receive notifications for their own generated events.
