Jianhui Information to Acquire Controlling Stake in Boke Guoxin (Wuhan) Technology

Jianhui Information announced plans to purchase stakes from several investors—including Zhou Xiaoping, Zepu Investment, Boke Yixin, and Boke Guoxin—in Boke Guoxin (Wuhan) Technology. The acquisition involves acquiring 16.75%, 13.25%, 4.00%, and 4.00% of the shares, respectively. Prior to this transaction, Jianhui Information held a 32% stake in the target company. Following the completion of all purchases, Jianhui Information will hold 70% of the equity, making Boke Guoxin (Wuhan) Technology its controlling subsidiary and integrating it into its consolidated financial statements. The target company is a member unit of the China Healthcare Information Interoperability Technical Alliance and HL7 China. Furthermore, it is noted as the first medical informatization enterprise in Central China to pass 13 system tests at the FHIR Connectathon. The company possesses extensive development experience with HL7, which is an international standard for healthcare institutions, expected to accelerate Jianhui Information's business expansion into overseas markets. This acquisition allows Jianhui Information to integrate advanced domestic medical IT capabilities and adherence to international standards, positioning it for global market growth.
