Dedalus and Inovie Partner to Accelerate Digitalization of Medical Labs

Inovie, a major medical diagnostics provider in France, and Dedalus, a key player in medical lab digitalization, announced a strategic partnership lasting five years. The goal is the deployment of the comprehensive software suite, Dedalus InVitro, in a SaaS model. InVitro is an integrated system covering multiple fields such as clinical biology, genetics, and anatomopathology, designed to address performance, standardization, and efficiency challenges in laboratories. Through this platform, Inovie's labs will gain broad functional coverage. Specific enhancements include new result servers (InVitro Results Server and InVitro Patient Portal), quality management and accreditation tracking (KaliLab), advanced patient administrative functions, billing/accounting capabilities, and decision support tools. Critically, the system natively supports the FHIR standard, ensuring seamless integration into the healthcare information ecosystem. Its modular architecture allows each component to function autonomously while articulating around the central InVitro LIS core, maintaining high security and flexibility. Inovie views this partnership as a means to offer its patients and staff a more performant, fluid, and excellence-oriented information system. Dedalus emphasizes that the collaboration ensures effective deployments and optimal results across all sites of the INOVIE Group.
