Dyvine EHR®, developed by PQT Health, is an end-to-end electronic health record system designed for rural and underserved communities. Through this partnership with Serene Intelligence, the company will integrate AI prior authorization workflows and appeals/denials management directly into Dyvine EHR®. The integration allows healthcare facilities to autonomously initiate, track, and manage prior authorizations and insurance appeals within the platform itself, eliminating the need to navigate separate external portals or rely on manual processes. This significantly reduces administrative overhead, accelerates reimbursement cycles, and minimizes claim denials. This solution directly addresses critical pain points in rural healthcare, where delays in authorization and claim denials can severely impact patient care access for providers with limited staff. The combined system leverages Dyvine EHR®'s existing FHIR-compliant data infrastructure and AI claims co-pilot alongside Serene Intelligence’s specialized AI models for payer communications and denial pattern recognition.
