This code system is derived from the SIVIGILA registry structure and functions as a nomenclature for classifying special population groups within Colombia. The defined codes include specific categories requiring special social consideration, such as 'HABITANTE DE LA CALLE' (street dwellers), 'POBLACIÓN INFANTIL VULNERABLE' (vulnerable child population), and 'COMUNIDADES INDÍGENAS' (indigenous communities).
