This narrative integrative review comprehensively analyzes the status of 'market-ready technologies' in dentistry. Based on data from 2023 to 2025, technological progress has been confirmed across multiple domains, including AI diagnostics (FDA approved), remote monitoring (De Novo approval), robotic navigation surgery, and FHIR interoperability standards. A key focus is the realization of computable configurations for structured dental data exchange and the policy establishment of telemedicine services. These technologies enable a shift beyond mere 'digitalization' toward a 'digitally enabled' care model. However, the findings warn that there remains a gap between technical maturity and systemic readiness. Bridging this gap requires reforms in reimbursement mechanisms, integrating digital literacy into educational curricula, and policy consistency. It is expected that by integrating these elements, dentistry will become a provider of preventive and regenerative, patient-centered care. This review emphasizes the need for systemic transformation—not just equipment adoption—by examining dentistry's future (up to 2035) from multiple perspectives: technology, regulation, education, and culture.
