This system reduces the need for duplicate tests and doctor visits, thereby lowering healthcare costs while enabling proactive notifications regarding public health management and preventive measures like immunization and screening. International experts have praised Azerbaijan's digital transformation project as a leading example in the Caucasus and Central Asia region.
