When upgrading InterSystems IRIS For Health from version 2024.1 to 2024.2 and subsequent versions (e.g., 2025.1, 2026.1), users may encounter a 'Not Found' error when accessing the FHIR portal at its previous location. The reason for this is that the system application path has moved from the former /csp/healthshare to the new /csp/fhir-management.
