Fractal Analytics Inc. enables organizations to exchange Protected Health Information (PHI) quickly, simply, and securely by leveraging the HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard within an Azure environment. The solution addresses the challenge of integrating disparate electronic health and medical record (EHR/EMR) systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance. By utilizing FHIR Service on Azure Stack Edge, organizations can process and share PHI in a secure manner. Furthermore, the inclusion of the Azure IoT Connector for FHIR allows connectivity from FHIR-enabled IoT devices to Azure Stack Edge, reducing reliance on physical records and manual data entry.
