Upload QFDD Specification: eHealth Infrastructure v3.5.1

This document is an artifact from the v3.5.1 release of the eHealth Infrastructure, which is based on the FHIR R4 standard. The operation definition 'upload-QFDD' specifies the process for uploading a specific type of Questionnaire Form Definition Document (QFDD) into the system. Technically, the input `DocumentReference` must be of type QFDD (74468-0) and have a status set to 'current'. The submission requires an attachment containing the base64 encoded QFDD XML document with `contentType` application/xml. Crucially, the QFDD XML document must contain a unique ID used as the `masterIdentifier` in the DocumentReference. The returned FHIR DocumentReference will carry the masterIdentifier, type, and description extracted directly from the attached QFDD document. This establishes a standardized method for integrating questionnaire form definition documents within the Danish electronic healthcare ecosystem, utilizing established FHIR standards.
