Details
Innovaccer has entered into a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The primary goal is accelerating the transition of AI agents from working pilot phases to production deployment that meets stringent healthcare security, compliance, and scale requirements. Technically, Innovaccer will scale agentic AI workloads using AWS services, specifically leveraging Amazon Bedrock for model access and agent development, alongside AWS HealthLake for FHIR-native data access. This combination enables scaling of complex AI workflows. Furthermore, the agreement expands the AWS Marketplace, allowing health systems and payers to procure Innovaccer's AI solutions using existing committed AWS spend, thereby reducing procurement and deployment timelines. The partnership also includes co-investment in customer success programs to move organizations from mere deployment to measurable outcomes. Innovaccer CEO Abhinav Shashank stated that the collaboration provides the necessary infrastructure for running AI agents reliably and securely at scale, combining it with Innovaccer's decade of healthcare-native context. AWS Director Allyson Fryhoff added that together they are providing scalable AI agents that automate workflows with the required security and compliance posture.
