This application serves as a unified platform that securely aggregates personal health records and government digital health services. The system leverages Google's open Medical Data Toolkit and Gemma 4 models. These tools process unstructured medical records by intelligently identifying and extracting critical information—such as lab test names, methods, and results—from both text and images. The extracted data is then mapped and structured into standard Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) format. This universal format enables seamless digital sharing of health records across different healthcare systems. This initiative supports the smooth transition of health information as patients move between hospitals and providers. Furthermore, the Medical Data Toolkit has been open-sourced for developers and organizations at no cost, supporting the development of health applications compliant with India’s interoperability standards under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
