FHIR Profile Specification Released for Cross-Border Patient Data Exchange in the EU

This document is a detailed specification of a FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) profile designed for 'Cross-border Data Exchange' within the European Union. Specifically, it defines the resource profile named 'Practitioner Information Received from the EU,' provided by NCPeH. This profile is intended to handle patient information acquired when a prescription is used within the EU. From a technical standpoint, this specification is based on FHIR structured data and extends the `Practitioner` resource.
